 上海出版印刷有限公司是1999年通过资产重组成立的，以短平快为特色的中型书刊、商用彩色、黑白精品印刷基地的国有独资企业。
本公司地处平型关路56号，占地面积3340平方米，建筑面积7065平方米。公司员工共有97人，员工中各类专业技术人员29人。
本公司具有：摄影、创意、设计等功能，并拥有滚筒扫描仪、电脑制作系统、双色打样机等印前设备和海德堡对开DC型四色机、海德堡对开102VP2+2四色机、高宝对开五色机等各类先进的印刷设备。
2001年、2002年、2003年等年度公司印刷《翰墨清芳》、《中国画精品》、《上海现代居室装璜》、《养生美膳集锦》、《上海建筑安装预算定额》、《新世纪高中英语》等120个品种获新闻出版署优质品。《娃娃画报》、《印染》、《上海质量》、《中国货币市场》在同类杂专志评比获优胜奖。同时本公司还与上海世纪出版集团、上海文艺出版总社、上海外语教育出版社、三菱电机空调有限公司、基舜兴休闲用品有限公司、汉高（中国）有限公司等知名企业建立长期的合作关系，在市场上具有一定的知名度。年生产销售达2400万元。
